Ooze is the habit of a proper cup of coffee in the morning and a proper cup of tea in the afternoon. It is a concept that we wish to pass forward. The birth of Ooze means a healthy and positive outlook for the adopters of this great attitude.
  • Please note that a purchasing order is only fully complete after method of payment has been entered. A purchase order will be cancelled automatically after 48 hours if the payment procedure is not completed.

  • Credit card :We accept secure online credit checkout for Visa, Mastercard, and JCB.
    Other methods :
    A. Online credit transfer : Please quote the set of unique identification number generated on your purchase order to transfer your payment to our account within the 48-hour timeframe to complete your purchase.
    B. Web ATM :lease ensure your computer is Microsoft IE compatible in order to proceed with this option to complete you purchase.
    C. Convenience stores OTC :Please print out the barcode generated on your purchase order to complete your purchase payment at 7-11, Family Mart or Hi Life.
    D. Convenience store machine collection :Please use 7-11 bon, Familymart Famiport, Hi life Life-ET to complete your puchase.
  • Shipping and Delivery
  • After receipt of your payment, your purchase item(s) will be sent to you via home delivery within 3-7 workign days. Please note online purchase home delivery is currently available to Taiwan and off-island areas (Kinmen, Matsu and Penghu Main Island only). Green Island is currently unavailable for home delivery. Home delivery tooff-island and remote areas will be governed in accordance to the delivery company’s schedule rather than typical normal working days. If your package is damaged during the delivery process, please contact us on 02-2708-1499 and we will endeavour to redeliver at your earliest convenience. If your item(s) cannot be redelivered in a satisfactory time frame, we will contact you via email or telephone to notify you of the new delivery status.

  • Taiwan Main Island areas Off-Island areas (Kinmen, Penghu)
    1. For a single purchase of NT1000 or less a NT150 shippig and handling charge will be applied. For a single purchase of NT2000 or less a NT200 shipping and handling charge will be applied.
    2. For a single purchase of NT2000 and above delivery will be free of charge.
    1. For a single purchase of NT3000 or less, a NT300 shipping and handling charge will be applied.
    2. For a single purchase of NT3000 and above delivery will be free of charge.
  • Shipping Invoicing
  • 1. Ooze’s product price is tax inclusive.
    2. Please confirm your invoice details prior to completing the purchase order. This includes: choosing a 2-page or 3-page formatted receipt; entering your tax code and company title information. Please double check purchase order details (time of delivery, delivery address and receiver’s telephone number and item(s) details etc).
  • Undelivered Goods
  • If your item(s) has not been delivered within 7 days of making the purchase, please contact us via email or telephone 02-2708-1499, and a customer re-presentative will endeavour to expedite and resolve your purchase issue.
  • Return and Exchange Policy
  • At Ooze, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If on delivery your item(s) is incorrect or damaged, please retain the shipping documents, invoice and contact us on 02-2708-1499. Please note item(s) cannot be returned or exchangedif you are dissatisfied with your purchase for personal reasons.

    1.We will refund you the full amount for incorrect or damaged deliveries.
    2.Once we have received your return and checked the item(s), we will contact you to initiate the refund process. The refund process typically takes one working week for your credit to be returned into your account.
